1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time from profile settings.
2. Service Description
AppCity provides tools for organizing applications, building a personalized digital city layout, and using related social and productivity features. Features may change over time.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with operations.
- Do not upload content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
- Do not use AppCity to distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
4. User Content
You retain rights to your content. You grant AppCity a limited license to host and process content solely to provide the service.
5. AI Assistant
AI assistant features may use third-party model providers such as DeepSeek or Qwen / Tongyi Qianwen. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it. AppCity does not use AI features to take actions in external apps, access private app data, or transfer sensitive information unless you sign in and explicitly select the data scope for the task.
6. Availability and Disclaimers
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, upgrades, or compliance. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law.
7. Limitation of Liability and Termination
To the extent permitted by law, AppCity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security or legal risks.
